Blueberry-Mango Breakfast Shake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup mango slices
- 1 cup (about 6 1/2 oz) low-fat tofu (such as Silken soft)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tbs honey
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
Preparation History
- 1/2/06 - Made today for some breakfasts. Don't think we're going to make it again, it tastes alright but the texture is weird.
