Blueberry-Mango Breakfast Shake

 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup mango slices
  • 1 cup (about 6 1/2 oz) low-fat tofu (such as Silken soft)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 tbs honey

 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.

 

  • Serves 4

 

Preparation History

  • 1/2/06 - Made today for some breakfasts. Don't think we're going to make it again, it tastes alright but the texture is weird.
